I use causal inference in conjecture with machine learning to study decisions and labor markets. My academic research explores the impact of narratives and situational factors on evaluations and performance, text analysis of job ad features, and household consumption patterns. The majority of my current work involves developing data-driven solutions for sports-related challenges, such as player evaluation and roster construction (e.g., free agency, trades, and drafting decisions).
