PTC has 1,000 members, including startups to multinationals and covers Allegheny County and the 13 surrounding counties. They have four pillars of membership: Business Development, Visibility, Public Policy & Government Affairs, and Talent & Workforce Development. This team was asked to create a predictive model, using available data provided by the Council, to identify strategies that will help them reach a 90% renewal rate. The team looked at the type of engagement levers that were helpful in securing renewal, event participating correlation with member renewal, which scorecards were most heavily used by members that renew, and how is the variable benefit usage linked to member renewal.
