Rivers Agile seeks a model for optimizing staffing levels, in part balancing tradeoffs between ensuring sufficient output capacity while avoiding cost overruns associated with surplus staffing. The goal of the project is to produce a forward-looking model that anticipates future staffing needs, including ranges of skill sets required to meet client requirements.
