Allegheny County seeks help in generating responses to delinquency notices. This behavioral project seeks to evaluate whether alternative messaging in the notices can generate differential responses. Relative to a generic control notice, three alternatives are considered: threatening, supportive, informative. With delinquent properties organized into a series of strata, all four notices are being delivered, and responses will be evaluated to discern differential impacts.
